Good find Tom. Do all the 1960's Zodiac watches have the little north arrow pointing at the 12 o'clock position? Or is just certain model's like the one displayed?

No, this is the only one I have ever found with a fixed arrow pointing at midnight and it instantly reminded me of Zodiac's map.

No, this is the only one I have ever found with a fixed arrow pointing at midnight and it instantly reminded me of Zodiac's map.

I have been collecting vintage Zodiac watches for many years and I have never seen a watch that looks anywhere near this one. My guess it's 99% a redial. A repainted dial and a watch made out of parts from various other watches.There are no Zodiac watches with a fixed arrow like that, but the GMT Master (and a couple of others) have a GMT hand.
