Hi 18ljordan, may I ask what the rubric to your essay is? (I always get excited when someone chooses the Zodiac to study). I used the Zodiac when I was first in college (18 years ago) and again a few years ago (huge gap in studies). I don't know what your major is, mine is/was Criminal Justice, Graphology and Forensic Psych, but I could not use him for certain assignments, such as my serial killer class, as he is still unknown, no speculation or opinions were allowed due to improper citation so I was extremely limited. :( It was a fun assignment in Graphology though and a fun attempt to analyse him based on what is public knowledge in Forensic psych. Good luck with your assignment. :)

The concerned citizen uses the word key. The letters use become the letters key in the 3 part cipher

When I saw him in Santa Cruz late 90's , he had reddish blond curly long hair and was dressed like a ole hippie. I would like to see one picture when he had the beard that Darlene said he had at one time.
Great stuff in those boxes ! If you should see anything with the name Donald  P Porter , look at it very carefully. He is the one who told me that Toni Anstey was pushing up daisies up north, long before she was found dead. I believe Don's room mate in Vallejo, was the Honcho who went with Darlene and Jim to the Virgin Islands. Don knew Dee very well. Honcho could be the person that Darlene said she saw kill someone.I still believe that Darlene is the key to the Zodiac case.

Hi SandyBetts I'm having trouble getting into this site. I'm registered etc but can't really understand it. Where did you read about Jim Phillips? Is it here somewhere? Thanks

What I have to say about Jim Phillips is what I think of him. Most of what I say, was told to me from people who knew him when he was married to Darlene, for a very short time. They are not anywhere on any site that I know of? If you have questions that you want to ask and if I have the answers I will let you know.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I've been reading about this case since they happened. I'm not a spring chicken but I'm also not someone who's been on this site for years. So who was Jim Phillips? If you don't want to give me a biography or you don't want to say libelous things pleas let me know where I can learn about him. I have zero axe to grind.

Did you see the photocopy of the envelope with the fourteen "keystones" written on it that the Vallejo police made when they arrested a "ROBERT LEONARD *****" on November 9, 1969 and confiscated it from him? In the online police report of his arrest filed by sergeant Joseph Lynch that i read somewhere, it stated that the "keystones" did NOT resemble or match the signs and symbols of the "Zodiac code", and so Robert Leonard.... was released. But we the public SHOULD be able to see and judge for ourselves whether that is true. i think it would be a GREAT service to investigation of the case IF you would obtain it and publicize it on your website. After I posted my first message on your website about "Robert Leonard *****" back in November, I contacted the Vallejo Police Department via its online communication form. They acknowledged receipt of my message but never responded to my request for either publicly releasing or sending me a copy of that possibly VITAL clue. I think YOU'RE the one who can do it!

Fabulous. King Tut's Treasures. This is about a year ago now. Has anything been done with any of these gems? Don't you think someone needs to be assigned just to this pile of evidence/correspondence? DNA test quite a few articles? What's new on this, if anything? Hate to see it just sit there.
