Seems like that was the problem with this case from Day 1- If this was happening today, you can bet there'd be a task force. Each department works only their case and know very little about the other Z crimes in other cities. In order to really get to the bottom of the Z case, you need to know everything about every one of his crimes is what I believe. For example when I went to SFPD ,they didn't want to hear what I had to say unless it pertained to the Stine case. Dave Toschi in 1970 was open to hear everything. I think Det, Poyser is open to hearing anything that could help crack the case. He is what I would say is a very good detective!
