There is a new series by David Fincher called "Mindhunter" about the start of the FBI's serial killer psychological profiling unit.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5290382/

If anyone is interested in serial killer psychology, this show might be worth watching. The only negative thing I can say is that there are too many sex seens. I do not see why this type of show needs such things. It is good enough on its own.

It is not a true historical documentary; it is a TV crime drama/show.

I enjoyed it. Liked how they nailed the Ed Kemper interviews. Interesting show, looking forward to season 2.

It was very good, I enjoyed it. The actor who played Kemper was AMAZING.

Thanks for the link.  I like what was said near the end of the trailer." How do we get ahead of crazy , if we don't know how crazy thinks" . At least one of my suspects is thought to be crazy but smart, according to a retired Oakland police officer friend of mine, who had my suspect RH on his boat for a neighborly drink of wine. He tried to make sense of what the man was talking about. I was warned to stay away from that man, that he was scary and crazy! This was coming from a cop who had the waveo's to kick in Sonny Barger's Hell's Angels club house door!  Yet my suspect scared the heck out of that fearless cop????

Sorry, I get carried away when certain things trigger different memories. That one happened on Jan 12th 1989 or 90 at the Alameda Marina about 2:30 am.
