He was my favorite for a long time due to the movie angle, his being in the right places, and his ham radio background. Some detectives really liked him as well there for awhile. However, as soon as I saw the video interview of him, it was like, "no way", my mind changed immediately. Frankly, he just didn't "seem" the killing type.

I'm rather bummed Marshall is not the Zodiac. Last night I found a black hood in the back of my stereo that said "I IS ZODIAK AND NAMED RICK MARSHALL" and was all set to be on CBS13 tonight.
