Who is Frank on Page 17 of edition 30 of the Tim Holt Comics. It appears someone by the name of Frank W. Bolle was the artist for this comic strip. Inked over pencil was one of the techniques.

Maybe it would be worth the effort to see if Donna Lass is in some kind of cave or mineshaft

You can consistently use the t or plus to make solutions. I hardly have the time to cover it all but in the future if someone reasonable wants to debate this bring it on. Anyway there is a LtT. There is also a L and T together on the first row I believe. You can make a solution on top making those symbols D and L.

Lost my signal. I have a hard time typing on this phone.  also notice die by 9 is in the cipher and IV are in that column. The symbol that is crossed out and made a k has a g than a y under it. Make a solution on top where g becomes e. You now have key.Byx is in the code btw. The instructions r built into the code. I am done with my assignment at fort drum and probably be on another assignment soon. The g is by x

I found the comic strip Tim Holt  of interest as to my suspect. They made western movies at Spahn Ranch where BD stayed off/ on and at nearby ranches. Ed Sanders mentions Tim Holt in his book on the Manson Family. Holt had a home in the Valley where Spahn Ranch was.
