I've got to admit that the Elite 8-32x just works! (pops in-out, and ranges more consistently than any other scope I've owned - even in the Texas heat... Yesterday was a case in point!).

Caveats are:
1) No side-wheel
2) Not a whole lot of room on the AO after 45 yds

But, this Eddie Olguin wheel works real well (I've gone back to that setup on my HW-97 since the GOB's, and I'm liking it a lot... No ranging-error excuses )

What's the OD of that AO wheel? I have one but I can't get it to fit with my Beeman adjustable mount (not high enough). Maybe this would be an option. What's it made out of? Also if you have Eddie's contact info could you forward it? Thanks!

Casey

Yes, I did have to use a BKL riser block to clear the wheel (you may be able to see it in the picture, below the BKL scope rings).

It's made out of black Delrin; the last contact info I have for Eddie is: (951) 769-7090.
(Mine was made to fit the Bushnell Elite AO... but, I don't have the measurements handy)

BTW, I've got the art-work available in "Visio" format here:

I went 8 inches, just to show I could....http://www.network54.com/Forum/451309/m ... ween+50-55

The seperation between the numbers at the far end was huge. Only problem was bumping it into something when storing in a rack.

LD used one of mine for a bit & gave me advice along the way. I had a provisional patent on it at the time, decided not to persue it.

Half that size would still make a nice setup. It just slides under the scope when turned, works well.
