I weighed them with a SHIMADZU UW220H lab scale at my job. This is what I got in grams and Cal. to grains. This scale is enclosed so air will not affect the total and I tiered it for each pellet.
Note: the skirts on the Raptors are not right. They are not straight or level. So here it is
Crosman Premier Domed 14.3gr (.22)
RWS Superpoint Extra 14.5gr (.22)
Crosman Copperhead HV Hunting 14.3gr (.22)
Crosman WC Premium Grade 7.9gr (.177)
Beeman Silver Jet 8.39gr (.177) this is old stuff maybe 1986
Beeman Silver Sting 8.61gr (.177)
Gamo Raptor PBA ??? (.177)
Although the PBA's seem tight. It's funny that some of the heavy pellets actually come out on the light side. You may not think that weighing .8 light is a big deal, but that's almost a 10% error in some cases or -1.44 FPE at 900 fps. You can go from 15 FPE to 13 FPE simply by changing brands!
Keep up the good work!
What, me worry???
