TKO 5" or 6.5" Brake

I am trying to decide between the TKO 5" and the 6.5" Muzzle Brake I think I would like the looks of the 5" Inch better but how much performance I am loosing over the 6.5". Tim A.

You will be able to see much performance accurracy difference. I have several of the 6.5 inch brakes and they are Very backyard friendly and that is were you would have the most difference in the two. I have seen some say the poi changes when installed but I have never had a issue.

If using on CO2 based air gun the 5" will be adequate.

If you are using on something with an "attitude" usually on HPA, (that won't get smacked around by tree branches), then the larger brake will be most effective.

Shelf space in the safe and carry cases have to be considered too since you are gaining 5" or more to the end of the barrel.

Once added, that puppy might not fit back into it's usual home..

I am going to only use c02 I was mainly wondering if there would be a big difference in backyard friendly between the two. Tim A.

the power of your gun.
I have a 5" on my Disco. It works good up to about 24 fpe.
When I turn the power up around 26-27 fpe, the five inch er gets over ridden by dust.
At 23.5 fpe, it works good. That is where my Disco is set.

Mine is stock so where would that put me .22 fpe?
