For a couple days of rain. We are in drought season early with no foreseeable end in sight. We have fires burning to the north and south of us. The smoke is incredible. Last night visibility was around a mile or less due to smoke.

Slow steady rain.
Just what the Doctor ordered after constructing 135 ft of Lattice and spending a lot of money here:

I've been creating a fence(wall) of Ivy, Clematis and various Honeysuckle.
The Hummingbirds are loving it.

We are about 40-45 miles north of the high park fire. Yesterday it was hideous around here for smoke. We also have the cow camp fire up north and the state park fire north east of us. Sort of a scary start to the fire season. We need some rain.

We're right at the S. end of Horsetooth reservoir. Lots of smoke in the mornings but the prevailing winds out of the south have been taking it your way during the day, this was taken a couple blocks from our house:

Working today, and the call came out from Grand Junction for around 60 more engines. 3-4 guys per engine = 180+ Firefighters on the way. Good luck to you guys. Stay safe!
