Ok so a few here have just installed new Greg D. LW Mrod barrels in they're Mrods themselves, lets see and hear the results. My GD tuned Mrod with massaged stocker shoots awsome, but I also have a LW barrel on the way from Greg.

of a tack driver since getting it back from GD in early November.
Have been nailing starlings at 60+ yards. I have a .25 in the works
with Greg right now which should be ready in about 3 weeks. I see
absolutely no reason that a GD tuned Mrod will not perform to your
expectations.

push into the "chamber" but they're grouping well. The FTS were the stock Crosman's best-
grouping pellet. JSB Exacts 14.3 grain pellets chamber easier are grouping very well. These are the pellets my
factory Crosman barrel was virtually SPRAYING all over the place. It's been pretty windy here so
I haven't gotten down to brass-tacks shooting yet, but the LW barrel already beats the heck out
of the stock barrel. They're not cheap though ... if this M-rod wasn't so durn quiet I would have
sold it and bought an AA410 to get my LW barrel, heh.

Best,

That is the EXACT same reason that I stuck it out with this gun. You can't put a price on not bothering any neighbors when blasting that darn rabbit that keeps messing with your garden.

If AirArms made a sub $1000 gun that was a quiet as the Marauder, I would likely have bought that instead. I love buying American, but a fixer-upper should not be a new gun.

...but, I digress. The rifle is quiet, and that was my point.
