I was wondering what is the highest fpe you guys are getting on your .22 Marauders? I want to work between two setups.

The first is the factory setup. It offers a lot of shots and a good fpe for the small stuff,

The second would be the highest fpe the rifle could muster at an accurate 40 yrds. Probably a small shot count but deadly on bigger game.

Anybody working with this?

for most people, the M-Rod runs around 25fpe with factory settings.

Without much trouble in tweaking the settings, I got it to shoot just under 29fpe with JSB Exacts 15.8 gn, averaging around 900fps for 30 consistent shots. (At the time, I didn't have any JSB 18s, or Kodiaks to test)

After it returned from the AZ mountaintop, My Greg Davis M-Rod is shooting 35fpe with JSB 18.1s at 925fps, also for 30 consistent shots. Haven't tried the Kodiaks yet.

35 sounds good. I wonder what the highest fpe has been seen?

Would love to have my m-rod done by Greg but can't part with the gun for that long. What is the highest fpe that anyone has got with a stock gun just adjusting settings themselves?

Wow, 35 fpe for 30 shots is mighty impressive. Did Greg fit a longer barrel?

TIA
