with your barrel than I had with mine. After a lot of polishing and recrowning I got a new barrel to shoot fair, about the same as the one that I replaced. Let us know how the new barrel shoots for you. I am going to try another one after some more feedback from others that are getting new barrels.
Thanks Jim

Make sure the baffles or end cap aren't getting clipped.
Shoot it with them off.
Maybe the shroud got bent or tweaked.
Some one told me that they had a baffle that was canted some how.

Good Luck

Pulled off the shroud and same results(shotgun pattern) will pull endcap and try again-shroud appears unbent(rolled across level table -no wobble- baffles appear good. While I'm here- does anyone know where to get single shot tray?

I measured 7/16" on the .22 barrel I just pulled off, but why not go with stock disco barrel, lack of choked barrel? I built up a pcp 2240 using stock barrel and disco pressure tube
