Looking to break the 1000FPS mark with a .25 cal Marauder firing mid weight pellets. Is this feasible?

Where's a good place to search for mod parts and techniques?

on the shot count. if you do succeed in breaking 1000fps i don't see you getting over 5 shots. i have a self tuned .22 that chronies 15.9 jsbs at 930-940 using a 2800 lb and only get maybe 20 usefull shots before the velocity drops

My "average" is about 850fps with a Crosman Premier 14.3 pellet.
The 1st shot is 833fps. I get 2 magazines of shots which equals 16 shots.
The last shot is 833fps (that is shot number 16).

To get 1,000fps, IMO, is a "little high"- "IMO". In pellet guns, I like 950fps and no higher. Sometimes you need a heavier pellet, etc.

I do not like "barely" getting 2 magazines of shots and wish I would have been able to keep the .177 M-Rod I had (having to sell your guns for bills sucks..., BAD!! however, every now & then a trade works out to get something I need or want. Just "surviving" is not a fun place to be)

Just curious why you "need" 1,000fps?
If it is just speed you want, use a lighter pellet and adjust accordingly and you may squeeze 3+ magazines out of it.
If it is for larger game, predators or pests, why not get a different gun, like the Career 9mm or Shin Sung 9mm multi-shot and send it to-

Will can get over 1,000fps with a 9mm, that is if you need more power.

I visited Citrus Airguns today to purchase an Mrod and Mike handed me an Mrod that he is about to ship. Unless his chrony is off and I can't count this gun was getting 20 shots and just over 1,000fps. I fired several different Marauders today in different tunes including a Prod that was humming along at 984fps and I shot 2 clips through it before asking for another gun. That little gun was awesome. Videos you can alter but what I saw today impressed me and my eyes were wide open. I actually kind of doubted the numbers but I am a believer now.

"Prod that was humming along at 984fps and I shot 2 clips through it before asking for another gun."

Can you share with us the "trick" of getting 984fps AND OVER 2 Magazines from a 22cal P-Rod? We would all be extremely grateful. (BTW, what was the pellet weight?)

(25cal M-Rod)"was getting 20 shots and just over 1,000fps"

Again, Can you share with us the "trick" to get this (Again, what was the pellet weight?)

You would have to call or e-mail Citrus Airguns. I was there sharing some of my assault rifles with him and he was gracious enough to share some PCP's with me. Since he does this for a living it would be wrong for me to share what he taught me that day. I am also only an amateur when it comes to PCP's. I can say we were using Crosman Premiers for the 984fps I registered consistently. More amazing was the Condor shooting home made 63 grain bullets that were going straight through some metal and carrying over a 150lbs of energy. We did a lot of shooting and playing that day so some of the numbers are blurred. I was suppose to shoot with Mike today but setting up my wife's new AR-22. She is killing me with the cost of .223 ammo she goes through so I need to sight this little baby in before she holds back on my dinner.
