When I fire my discoverey with pellets the bolt flies out of the notch and slightly backward. Is this bad? If so, how would I go about fixing it?

sounds like the cocking pin on top of the hammer is hitting the rear of the bolt, that was the problem with mine and is a easy fix if you can take your gun apart!

Can I just grind away the back of the probe a little bit? I have never taken apart a pcp airgun before and don't want to mess things up. The hammer pin is the little stump just backward of the bolt probe right? How would I go about taking it apart(the breech part to get to the bolt probe and hammer pin)? I know I should depresurrize the gun, but will anything pop out on me if I do this?

I took her apart and saw where the pin was hitting the bolt I filed that down to where the print stopped. It still has a little pop, but I didn't relube it yet. I just wanted everybody to know that Garry is one of the most helpful guys out there. I have with some of crosman's workers that were just plain rude. Maybe they were just having a bad day, I don't know but they weren't that helpful.

Once again thank you Garry!
