Getting one already chopped and crowned would be an advantage for some folks who want a carbine sized gun but don't feel that it's within their capabilities to do so themselves.

I think so Mike. I had two Crosman guns cut down and long muzzle breaks installed as a cocking aid. It would be nice to have one cut down to 14" and have a small dia shroud 19" long to help with the cocking. Just my thought.

They sell a cut-down version of the RWS 34, don't they? Would your new gun be a "B25 Pro Compact"?

I would definitely get one if the velocity is around 650+.

But with the Chinese, it appears to be a matter of scale or production run sizes. Still, that would be well worth a shot since the Diana compacts seem to have a large following. I'm assuming this would have the muzzle break like the Ruger Air Hawk?
