Is the current LG300 FT Dominator based on a match platform I presume? Makes sense we'll probably see an FT version at some point then.

Tony,

I doubt that we'll see a Field Target version of that rifle anytime soon, if ever. I emailed Walther a while back to inquire with that same question. I did not receive any response from Walther... Given their lack of interest to answer, I doubt that they have one in the works.

Take care,

Harold

That the LG300 16J model would be discontinued. Sales and interest too low. Sounds like the same fate for the LG400.

There was some buzz on shooting-the-breeze.com forum where I believe a few guys emailed the factory asking about 12 fpe model...? Seemed the reply was no current plans... I'm fairly certain one of our local airgun tuners would be able to figure a way to boost them up to the required power as was done on the early Steyr LG100's and the like...

It would be awesome though if they did release that one in a 12 and 20 fpe gun... Awesome looking gun for sure!

They still make gun the shooter has to rech over the top of the action to the other side of the gun to cock it?

How hard could it be to put the cocking lever on the most logical side?

...and I'm definetely looking forward to the LG400. I've also owned USFT and Daystate CR97, so far the Walther is the one that fits my style the best. It pushes a JSB heavy at 860fps, so it ain't no limpy 12lb. Needless to say...it's a tackdriver and the rapport sounds exactly like a Styer
