All "smoked" or "cured" meats of today are killing you.

Smoked meats of yesteryear were actually smoked. Now its done with chemistry and dehydrators.

Most bacon (and beef for that matter) are just fat.

You can find lean bacon. You can find lean beef. But neither is commonly sold at grocers or used at restaurants.
