Are not as good as the R series Beemans was is their anything to that.

Are, I have heard things on the Yellow that these are no more than kids.

aside from the plainer stock it was equal to any R9 I've owned, actually one of the most accurate HW break barrels I've seen.

Don't know if the HW95 is still the same compared to the R9, but the new R9 I recently bought is a really nice gun with the best piston to receiver fit I've seen. LOL....even the piston latch was perfectly centered on the piston skirt unlike most other R9s I've messed with.

Perhaps those claiming better fit and finish for the Beeman branded HW95/R9 were/are simply quoting ole Beeman catalogs.
