and I'm sure that it's quite capable, but not self contained unfortunately.
Determination that is incorruptible.

from what HW has ever offered
if the UK pricing was correct it going to be in $650.00 range
so they could have cleaned up the look in my view but it is new, so time will tell

I will not be first in line for this one, but thanks for bringing it to my attention.

It looks big and loud. It appears to be over 13" long, and is designed to accept a moderator. So you would have to add that to the cost, and the length, if that's important.

The top and bottom rails might be handy. They could have done that without the whole tacticool treatment. I really don't care for the ungainly look of this pistol.

At the price you stated plus the accessory, you could nearly get a couple Marauder pistols with integrated suppression, or a couple-three AirMaxes (to compare to guns I am familiar with), so I would have a hard time justifying one of these. I hope it shoots really well, and it probably does, being an HW.

Hope someone here gets one and writes it up!

That HW 44 is a bolt-action pistol. Not a repeater. It requires a second hand to cock the hammer, index the magazine, and load each round.

As such, the SW 78 and 79 series are as fast and as accurate.

The Benjamin MRod pistol is all that at half the cost of the HW.

HW 44 looks OK, but at that price would rather it had a true repeater action like the millions of CO2-based 1911 clones out there shooting 6mm plastic or .177BBs.

Heck, the Crosman 600 design in .22 is nearly 60 years old...

and the actual repeater pistol was designed in 1892 by a German company.

Its not like HW does not have a long history of innovation from which to draw for a true repeater.

You cannot shortcut relevancy. HW needs to get back in the game from the top.

I thought any gun that can be fire multiple times without reloading can be called a repeater? Bolt-action, lever-action, single/double-action can all be a repeater.
