I just ordered 4 tins of 16gn jsb's and it was sent in the original JSB box and was put in a normal shipping box with the cardboard paper stuffed around it. I'm used to getting them in the custom foam inserts. I was wondering if they were changing practices or I got a lazy shipping clerk. I am going to call and return, just wondering if they are changing...

Thanks.

I'm new to ordering pellets on line. I received 8 assorted tins all nicely packed with foam rings enclosed around each tin. Just s thought but if jab are packed 4 tins to a factory box? If so is there need to unbox and pack in rings.....I'm going out on a limb and would quests there is no other special packing other than a box from jsb to pyramid?
Side note. I was surprised they shipped my scope I. The same box as my pellets.

I've gotten 8.44 Exacts from many places and have seen whole sleeves with all the tins dented badly(not PA). The pellets were still intact with only a few bent skirts in 1 tin.

I had ordered several tins and they were just thrown into a box with some brown wadded up paper. A couple tins had beaten themselves open and spilled their contents in the box, all tins were badly dented.

I contacted a gal at PA, I don't remember her name and she made s***t happen fast. I was sent a replacement order and did not have to return the damaged ones. The replacement tins came in the correct method packed in foam.

And any other orders I have placed with them, I needed a butt pad for one my AA FT guns and I called the vender whom I bought it from and he never got back to me as well as two others that I have bought gunssssssssssss from and other items, Nicky returned two calls to and found the butt pad and I got it the next day. That,s service.

Were your pellets damaged?

This is how Pyramyd advertises their packing.

And we all have to find some sort of a usefullness for those foam squares with the holes in the middle. Has anyone found a way to incorporate them into shooting? I've got a ton of them.

I had done an order with Pyramyd a couple yrs back.In the order that was packed in those padded cartons There was a badly dented tin.I figure they may have just sent it to me as there wasn't any way to get that tin dented like that.I bitched and they just sent me another tin no questions about my bitch, which was legit.
I have had nothing but quality service from those folks.
