Hi Fellow Airgunners:

A quick update. The regularly scheduled DeSoto Airgunners Field Target and Bench Rest activities have been canceled for this weekend.

For those who are feeling despondent, let me suggest you test your skill this weekend at the unofficial non-sanctioned event we'll call the CrossWind-150.

The key here is to shoot either a Field Target course, OR a 25M Bench Rest relay while Hurricane Irma blasts her way up the Florida peninsula. It would have been called the CrossWind-185 but the storm is expected to moderate to a cat 4 by Sunday.

STAY SAFE EVERYONE. See you in October.

At least it would be a constant 170mph "breeze". Lol

Nice job on the write up Ron.

A 170 MPH cross wind at 25M can be predictable. You'd have to hold a little high but if you were to aim at the guy on the up-wind side of the bench beside you gets you pretty close.
Praying for everyone in the path of this monster. Good luck and stay safe.
