I just heard back from Poly (Manuel) Morales:
1) They're fine (as in "alive"), but the Island is pretty much devastated (basic services & infrastructure got hit hard, and won't be back anytime soon).
2) They send sincere thanks to all of you that have inquired and have expressed thoughts of support and prayers.
3) Given the circumstances, there's close to 100% chance they won't attend Nationals.

and loved everywhere they go. All dressed up in Team Puerto Rico stuff, they are in more peoples phone pictures than anyone I know. I heard from Sammy "the pilot" who lives in Fajardo and he is fine. Maria has left PR thrashed, and I hope it recovers quickly. But knowing the govt, that wont happen. They will be missed at Nationals. My house is open to any of our PR friends who need to escape the island, and hang out for however long until power and services are restored. BC

At the Pyramyd Air Cup 2017 I had the pleasure of shooting the final day with Manuel Gonzalez Delgado "Manolo".
Does anyone know if Manolo is safe?

My heart goes out to those affected in PR. Having had a few monster storms come thru Florida in the 17 years I've lived here, I can't even imagine what the people of PR are going through.

Late Edit.......

Sorry for the post. I searched but didn't find what Paul had written about Manolo and his club all being safe but desperate for supplies.
