Those guys must be extremely busy, but I hope they don't get to sidetracked by the electrical Line and forget about the huge potential on the Mechanical ones.

Just to mention a few guns that would sell real good, they proved with the Rainstorm that they can make a real nice action, and showed lately that the barrels they make are superb, I for one would be looking forward for those models to come out

In the next few years (as costs come down) electric PCP guns will replace all mechanical actions. It's the future and there's no turning back as this point.

...I don't see the disappearence of the Mechanical PCP action/trigger, same as I don't see the disappearence of the springers

the final series of the well regarded FWB 65, the Model 90 incorporated an electronic trigger years ago
Walther toyed with them as well and this was all in the 1980s
thing was as basic as the electronics were, the guns were a bit prone to failure
and there is not much worse than running out of juice in the middle of a match
both guns were sheer & utter failures at the market level

you will note neither FWB or Walther have used electronic triggers since
there is a reason for that...

electronic triggers in powderburners are even older...
recall seeing them being touted in the early 70s

thing is electronic triggers offer no real advantage over a mechanical system other than the hypothetical
if there were great advantages you would see them in many more guns

same is even more true of electronically powered actions

I am old enough to remember speculation in the Gun press regarding the future of firearms back in the 60s
you know by now we were supposed to be using guns that fired self guided rockets
of course Popular Science panned that every one of us would be flying a family hover car and our homes would have mini nukes to generate juice!

and here we are 50 years later still getting juice from the same grid, driving cars that have little changed since the 1920s and still using the same small arms technology we were five decades or actually much more ago
the more things "change" the more they actually remain the same...

When I said (as cost go down) I meant the electronics themselves. Once this happens it will be cheaper to produce an electric rifle over mechanical because the rest is simply valves. Most PCP rifles will be electric is just a few years.
