I lived in the Rogue Valley for 40 years and the photos of those ancient, oak-covered hills make me homesick.

want to experience a challenging course. The dowhhill shots are tough enough to figure out on their own, but when you add any wind..( and that hilltop always has some wind ), the way the wind reacts to the hill is really hard to figure out. There are uplifts, and downdrafts and the wind can shift directions, especially in the middle of the course, when it comes from the west, where it hits it kind of straight on.

Then, if you shoot the 26 lanes one shot per target, there is a lot of getting up and down and addressing new targets. Without a followup shot, what you learn with a miss only helps a little for your next shot. But that is the way most of the world plays the game, and we wanted to set a course for those who want to practice for traveling to the worlds this year. It will be available this year, so email us if you want to come shoot it sometime.
