Dang...good thing nature didnt' patent its designs or he would have nothing to do.

Patents are as mis-applied as freedom of speech.

This just in, a 3 year old has applied for a patent on:

"The utilization of viscous, pigment enriched goo for the creation of abstract artworks using any of the distal appendages of the human body whether possessed wholly by the artist or borrowed from another".

So...no more finger painting.

Didn't sssssssee that but would love to ssssssssee the patent# and abstract.

He is afforded the "luxury" of numerous legal protections but Patent ain't one of em.
