This was our Annual Christmas Match, Potluck & Swap meet. The weather was not looking good the night before with some pretty good amounts of rain but it all cleared up by match time although a bit chilly for us So Cal types. In the open class Keven Yee from NoCal was tops with Larry Durham close behind in 2nd. Doug & Vipha Miller ended up tied for 3rd after a long shoot off. Larry Pirrone was tops in Springer with Ron Marco and Dave Frederick 2nd & 3rd after there shoot off.
The Potluck was full of all types of great food, with stuff like wild boar to Swedish meatballs, ham, tamales, oriental salad and lots to other great stuff.
After all the festivities we held our annual officer elections. Rick Rogers stepped down as president and along with LD nominated Dave Frederick as club president, Vipha Miller was then elected as our new vice president and Ed Curry stayed on as treasurer Tim McMurray will remain as range safety officer. Doug Miller was appointed CASA/AAFTA representative. Also Ron Jobbes was honored as the CASA club member of the year for all he does behind the scenes.
Wishing you all a
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year/

that the builder of the USFT consistently shoots low scores with his own product. Hell, even a majority of the piston class shooters out scored him. I don't know why all the attitude when he can't even hit the broadside of a barn.

but Tim is a very busy guy and just does not have much practice time at his disposal. in my mind his shooting does not need defending. He is a great airgun designer and mechanic.
