This message is particularly for for N.E Dan and Griff 1950. But also to anyone who has not been able to see our store at http://www.archerpelletguns.com - or links to it.

Dan and Griff - in particular - I'd like to thank you very much for your previous posts giving feedback about our store not being visible in Firefox!

Our stores are hosted by a major supplier of industrial-strength online shopping cart solutions. Their technical support staff have been investigating the issues you raised, but have not yet been able to replicate the problem. Although Dan, you say that you've seen an improvement, so maybe they did change something.

Sooo...

If you CAN'T see http://www.archerpelletguns.com on your computer, or the links to our Benjamin Trail refurb specials, please reply, indicating the browser, version and Operating System you are using. Eg "Firefox version 12.0 for Mac" The version information is extremely important and can be found under "About Firefox" (or similar).

If you CAN see the store and/or links, please also confirm that, together with the browser and version you're using.

As a reminder, here are the links that proved troublesome for Dan and Griff:

when I click your banner, the site opens OK, but can't find the Benjamins on it. Even a search on the site comes up with nothing.

Thanks to those who have responded so far. Griff, what version of Firefox are you using?

When I make a search for "Benjamin refurbs" I see all 3 products correctly. I'm using Firefox v12.0 for Mac. This is the url http://www.archerpelletguns.com/SearchR ... min+refurb

If this search is not working for all of you then we'll try further...

More results would be very much welcomed!

I don't know which version of FireFox I'm running;I assume the latest one, since it asks me to update when a new version comes out. I can access your site through the ad banner at the top of the page and get your site content, but when I search for "Benjamin refurbs", I get a page with headings and side columns, but the main part of the page is blank. I cannot find any Benjamin products on the site at all.

As noted above, I can access your web pages without problem using Firefox 13 on Windows 7. However, now I remember that I changed to Firefox 13 a little while ago and found that one or two web sites that I had used in the past were suddenly blanked. The page comes up but there is no content on it. I tracked the problem down to a Firefox extension that I use, Adblock Plus 2.03. I still use it, so this is not the problem with your web page, but it may be another extension that causes the problem for some people.
