Hello! I am a long time warhammer fantasy battle player. I have started roughly 20 years ago, but most of my games have been played during past 7 years mainly on 8th edition. I have played with High Elves and Tomb Kings. I am also enthutiastic Necromunda and Mordheim player also. I even own formidable army of Vampire Counts and now... You guessed it Daemons!

After long consideration I think I will go to 9th age with daemons. So far most of them are not painted but I plan to make them paint them all. I also decided to keep the round bases and I will place magnets on the base and use metal sheet that has "squares" in it. Or even use 3d printer to make some template movement tray for the round ones. Overall idea is that the same army could be used for 40k or even if I ever want to play Age of Sigmar...

So this second hand daemon army contains:

- Couple tzeencth characters
- Daemon prince
- rouhgly 20 pink / blue horrors old metal ones
- roughly 20 daemonettes new and old metals. and 10 dryads? :D
- 6 chaos furies
- 10 striders of slaanesh
- 7 bloodletters (there is most likely more in sprues)
- 6 old metal plague beaerers
- 6 blood crushers
- slaanesh chariot
- tzeentch chariot
- old metal unclean one

Ton of bits. I am not complete sure what they actually holds :D

@Coop thanks for the reply! I intend to keep this "comic" style for the entire project.

Little update on Horrors. Pretty much the progress I made this weekend. Next steps are drybrush and then working on the bases.

Great progress!! You'll have this army done in no time. :)

Can you post the pics one size smaller? They're too big for the screen and for some reason I can't scroll over.

@squalie thanks for the reply! I will do that next time. Some forums have ability to adjust image size with commands like [IMG size 1x1] etc. I tried couple compinations here but it seems that either I don't know how to do the resize function in this particular forum. It is possible that it isn't allowed as it requires custom script to be added from the administration view.

The comic Life allows to take one smaller picture. (and naturally I can edit the picture after) So I will take the smaller one next time!

Very nice! I really like the bases and the color your chose for the underbelly of the mounts themselves. Might be worth picking a bright / stark color to do the eyes of the riders so they really pop. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for suggestions.

Bases: My original intent was that I will do my whole army with this volcanic cracked base where the color that would glow underneath depends on the god. Change would be blue, Lust would be purple, pestilence green and wrath red. I tried to do it using this tutorialhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uH5C6_TxPr8&t=357s but sadly I failed miserably (atleast for the Horrors :D

So right now I don't know what to do with the bases. I actually just (like hour ago) scratch builded my daemon princes base with plasticard so that it will have wider gaps. I don't know how it will turn out, but lets hope for the best :D

Highlights: Last state of the mounted sirens is overall druchi violet shade all. Traditionally I have been really lazy drybrusher / highlighter.
