This is great.
Looks great from your website. A great race for all speed climbers to do. The Khan Tengri 2003 race in Kazakhstan was extremely technical using 55 fixed lines and a very steep exposed route, along with rapell for the descent. Only 5 entered, only three finished. Not a good race for true mountain speed climbers who don't use fixed lines and supportive equipment. Your Kilimanjaro race is a true runners race - that is running/power climbing with trekking poles.
Congratulations on holding it. Please let us know how many people end up entering.
I commend you Team Kilimanjaro on your professionalism dealing with the various disputes and record-claims. Your reporting and analysis of the various claims is very thorough and professional.
