John M. passes along this site from Sandy, Utah, which has 3,031 flags flying outside the Colonial Flag factory.

The factory and its official page:

In researching this I stumbled across this interesting photo of the WTC compared against the SLC skyline:

The tallest building in <a href=http://www.ci.slc.ut.us/>Salt Lake City</a> is the <a href=http://www.skyscrapers.com/english/worl ... x.html>LDS Office Building</a>, height 420 ft. (128 m.). You could stack three of those buildings on top of one another and the composite tower still wouldn't be as high as the World Trade Center towers were.

Although the LDS Church office building at 420 feet is the tallest structure in the city proper;
Another structure, the Kennecott Garfield smokestack, about 15 miles to the southwest, is much higher at 1,215 feet.
That's almost as tall as the Empire State Building.
