Gosh, I hate being the problem child, but...

When I try to play mission Desert Blitz, when the game goes down the list of objective, when ti gets to the last one, it crashes with this error:

STOP : Could not find appearance INI file data\tgl\commandvehicld.ini

If I skip the intro and try to start the mission, it crashes with the same message.

Since no one else seems to have had this problem, I must have done something wrong in a previous mission!

Any ideas, oh Great One?

There is an issue with this file. You are not the problem child and it was reported before but very rarely. I will post a file here today to fix it. The file is missing in the latest revision of WRC.

Here is the WRC Patch.
It includes the missing file. :doh
Simply extract into your data/ tgl folder.
Please check if it works then and report back.
Thank you and keep fighting and reporting.

There doesn't appear to be a data/tgl folder. The WRC directory has a Data folder, but the only subfolders are effects, missions, movies, objects, savegame, sound, and textures. The only reference I can find to tgl at all is the tgl.fst file. If I view that file with notepad, I do see strings like data\tgl\2civliving.ini, but I have no idea how to insert data\tgl\commandvehicld.ini into tgl.fst. I am just not a big enough computer geek to do it, my skill set is limited!

Just simply create a new folder tgl in data and paste the files into it. tgl folder is only required now after the files are missing inside the tgl.fst file.
I should have instructed you better. Sorry. :hangman
