Hi. Firstly I wanna thank you cos my situation is getting better! Now I'm able to fully retract the foreskin when my penis is flaccid I think it took one month of two fingers stretching to achieve this goal.
I think it will take much longer now to achieve the full retraction when erect though.
Anyway, I have some questions for you!

Here my glans when flaccid:

But in fact I can't retract the foreskin just by pulling it back:

I need to gently 'unroll' the foreskin under the corona with my fingers to reach the 'position' of my first picture. It's a bit like this part of the foreskin was slightly 'stuck' to the glans. In your opinion is it normal?
Anyway I can 'replace' the foreskin above the glans without difficulty.

Now my last question: i wonder if my glans is too 'leaning' or not...

Do you think it's normal or is my frenulum too short?

Thank you in advance

Thanks Actually the key is to be patient... I'll stretch my frenulum from now on!
Btw, I think you have inverted the two pictures here

I don't think your frænulum looks all that short.

However, it probably is desirable to work on it a bit more.

Your glans is a perfectly normal shape. It may bend down to some degree if you pull firmly back on the foreskin and frænulum but - there is actually no need to pull it back to that degree - properly lubricated sex should not involve excessive dragging.

Thanks for your reply
Here are two different views of my frenulum from behind the glans. Is it easier to see if it's too short or not?

I think mine is really different from a 'normal' one like this:

But I may be wrong, I'm not a specialist...

These pictures show a need to stretch. What is going on on the side on the right of the picture? Do you have an adhesion?

Thanks, I thought it was too short too. I'm not sure of what you mean by 'on the right of the picture', could you be more precise?
I don't think I have an adhesion cos I did the 'balloon test' without difficulty... But i'm not sure of the actual effect of an adhesion on the glans: do you mean my foreskin is stuck on a particular area of the glans?

Your frænulum certainly is a little short in those views and you do appear to have the edge of the foreskin stuck to the glans (your earlier observation about being "stuck" was indeed correct, but not where we could see), mostly on your left side (the right hand side in the picture, not entirely clear as of course, the view is from your right, holding the camera with the right hand), but also on the right.

That will perhaps require more specific "tugging" with a view to seeing if it will progressively separate - holding your penis as you show there and pulling the frænulum toward the right to see if the stuck area will part, possibly in one go or possibly bit by bit. To the extent that it separates, the raw separated area will be a little sore, will need to be kept separated and can be protected with some petroleum jelly ("Vaseline®")

What I will point out though, is that from examination of your earlier pictures, the degree to which your frænulum is short is actually quite minor as your frænulum itself only occupies a very short part of the inside length of the foreskin and causes a negligible degree of "bunching" of the foreskin to either side - which is why I observed from the top and oblique side images, that it was not evidently a problem. In fact apart from the adhesion, yours does not look that greatly different in terms of "bunching" from the "foreskin.org" picture of an entirely normal and functional penis.

I repeat my previous observation - there is a degree of adhesion which effectively shortens your frænulum further, it may well benefit you - in terms of allowing your foreskin to roll fully back, presuming that full exposure of the glans on thrusting is desirable, which is not necessarily the case - to stretch the adhesions and your frænulum over time (it will not be rapid) and you do want to continue to stretch the opening so that the foreskin retracts easily - but it appears to be fully functional "as is" and should cause no discomfort and be perfectly pleasurable for sexual activities.

Look at the right side of the picture. The frenulum is not depicted there, and it appears the glans is hung up on the corona. Can you bring that part of the foreskin all the way down to clear the corona?

Thank you so much, now you said it the adhesion seems obvious to me! I thought it was the frenulum which 'bent' my glans this way but no, the problem is mostly on the other side.

Here the 'normal' side (the side where my frenulum naturally goes):

And two pictures of the right side you talked about (I added red arrows to show the potential adhesion(s) ):

And a view from behind the glans:

This 'strip' of skin seems to be stuck to the glans. I tried to gently tug it but it's really stuck... Is there any way to make tugging more effective?

Thanks
