.... supposed to do ; explain facts - to the best of its ability of course.

propositions which imply their own negation are necessarily false
whereas propositions implied by their own negation are necessarily true

rejected and denied by many, accepted and embraced by few : falsifiability

as the maxim demands; truth is demonstrably fact and fact is demonstrably true
everything else ... mere BS -

We are (part ) physical beings with physical thought processes. But we are also Consciousness...

It might be a worthwhile experience for folks to look up a little more about Remote Viewing, the history of and to date.

Some might be surprised who have been involved in this particular ability and the backing it has and still is getting. And what is being attempted and done with it.

Non-physical perception...

I might think so, but you'll never hear me say it.

BTW, you quoted Neils Bohr.

I wonder, did you do so because you agree with what you quoted?

But personally I would call RV a science. But hey, what the **** do I know?

sci·ence
noun

1.
a branch of knowledge or study dealing with a body of facts or truths systematically arranged and showing the operation of general laws: the mathematical sciences.

2.
systematic knowledge of the physical or material world gained through observation and experimentation.

3.
any of the branches of natural or physical science.

4.
systematized knowledge in general.

5.
knowledge, as of facts or principles; knowledge gained by systematic study.

Hmmmm, that sucks

... "the scientific community" doesn't 'reject' that much, the thing "the scientific community" does 'reject' is what is not scientifically established.

So, just because we call something some thing doesn't mean it is that thing, it only means we call it that way. If we call something some thing, it should carry the defining characteristics of that thing - if it doesn't, then it isn't (the thing we call it).

BTW, you quoted Neils Bohr... I wonder, did you do so because you agree with what you quoted?
