understanding how the Bible speaks of God and our inner workings will be helpful in these last days of the soul: no other story telling will help at this point any longer: the reason is Christianity is on its way out as believable because like Judaism of the past, it has become irrelevant when it doesn't HELP the masses to transform:

the new understanding of Christianity will come from those who have EXPERIENCED CHRIST as their inner Messiah and not just the "Messiah of the past": People get lost in discussing this Jesus ad neaseum and come to no consensus whatsoever, even within the church (believers in Jesus)

the new language must show how the characters of the Bible speak of our OWN INNER EXPERIENCE or it looses the reader to the extent that he doesn't understand the words:

King for instance is the "will" in creation hence, God is the King (or will) of the universe: we are the little "kings" or kings of the KING: I wrote about that below in the "will of wills":

the CHRIST is born through the "WILL" in us,(where it connects with the desire of the heart) which is why we see the "three wise men" or Kings of the Orient (east within us) come to worship this King: Orient means "revelation" of the ancient in us:

Christw is a NEW WILL born on earth and it is a "GOOD WILL" that brings peace on earth and the good will is actually born in the will of our heart.....so we can be transformed by IT:

but it is not born in the old will which is Satan (vipers that John addressed representing the will of matter), instead it is born in the "will of the woman", the will of the soul:

Christ is born through the heart (soul) which puts the LAW back in the heart (intent-motivation) since Christ is the fulfillment of the law:

but what is the law?

it is the LAW OF NATURE, which is a spiritual law that GIVES, bestows to all living things:

nature gives us all things......and God is split into the God of NATURE (elohim) and the GOD of Supernature or supernatural (YHVH) but as Jesus said and the Old Testament says, these are ONE in purpose, in substance, in WILL:

God alone can override nature and does so in CHRIST.....he makes us new, transforms us from one creature to another creature, a new creation which is why Jesus means the "salvation of YHVH" and not the salvation of elohim:

later when the "new will" overcomes the sin nature in us we will not just have a new will (King) but we will become a NEW NATURE as well, a new creation:

the woman that Christ is born through or Joseph and his virgin Mary (the soul and point in the heart that is able to bring forth Messiah), becomes a NEW MAN when Christ is born and that man's name is JESUS

so Jesus is the NEW MAN or NEW WILL in us that is able to LEAD US and correct us, our soul, which are the DESIRES for life

soul =desires
will = guide to fill those desires

both within us

thats the whole of mankind: Desire and filling

woman and man

both male and female (will and desire) BECOME ONE after the NEW MAN (new will who is King over all the earth) is born in us to lead our desire to fulfillment, hence MAN is both male and female, will and desire as ONE FLESH again as they were in the beginning before they were separated:

Excellent post.

Dogmas and doctrines, theology and dogmatic affirmations, do not necessarily indicate the truth as it exists in the mind of God, with Whose mind the majority of dogmatic interpreters claim familiarity. Theology is simply what men think is in the mind of God.

The doctrine of a vengeful God, the doctrine of retribution in some mythical Hell, the teaching that God only loves those who interpret him in some particular school of theological thought, the symbolism of the blood sacrifice, the appropriation of the cross as a Christian symbol, the teaching about the Virgin birth, and the picture of an angry Deity only appeased by death are the unhappy results of man's own thinking, of his own lower nature, and of his sectarian isolationism (fostered by the Jewish Old Testament) and of his sense of fear, inherited from the animal side of his nature, all fostered and inculcated by theology, but not by the Christ, the Buddha or Shri Krishna.

It is this distorted presentation of truth which has led Humanity to the formulation of a body of doctrines about which Christ apparently knew nothing. Christ cared only that men should recognise that God is Love, that all mankind are the children of the one Father and, therefore, brothers; that the spirit in man is eternal and that there is no death. He longed that the Christ in every man (the innate Christ consciousness that makes us one with each other and with Christ) should flower forth in all its glory. He taught the service was the keynote of the spiritual life and that the will of God would be revealed.

These are not the points about which the mass of commentators have written. They have discussed ad nauseum how far Christ was both divine and human, the nature of the Virgin Birth, the function of St. Paul as the teacher of Christian truth, the nature of hell, salvation through blood, and the authenticity and historicity of the Bible.

The above is taken from the Tibetan Master Djwhal Khul's book "Problems of humanity."

I have to disagree with some of it as well;

for instance, there is a hell; ask anyone who has ever been raped, beaten, dispised by their parents, maimed in war, hungry and unable to fend for oneself as many children of the world are, diseased with no cure, unable to find one single person who understands their need, whatever it is....and so much more.

yet the true revelation of hell comes after one is awake and not before: till we awaken, we think this is just how it is

after we awaken spiritually, we realize the CAUSE behind the scene.....behind all the hate and anger and pain and suffering of mankind...

Christ did not speak as this man says here....quote..

ME; while Christ did come to reveal a loving Spiritual father, Jesus Christ said 'we are dead already' hence, he didn't say there was no death;

Jesus Christ explained that man needs a second birth to enter the Kingdom, not just RECOGNIZE that they already are

The will of God is not revealed but IMPUTED, given to us when we receive Jesus Christ, (receive the "new and good will") when we acknowledge that we do not in fact have GODS WILL OPERATING IN US AT ALL, or we wouldn't need Christ..would we?

if everything is as this man says, we wouldn't need him to tell us so

we would know it because we would have it operating in us as well according to him:

transformation is not just an awakening to the Christ within

the CHRIST within awakens us to what truly exists, both good and evil and after the GLOW of Christ the light of life, every soul goes through a terrible tribulation to overcome what is not of Christ....all that holds us down, holds us hostage to our sensual nature and ego:

that is true according to Hinudism (the rising of the kundalini)

that is true in Buddhism (the recognition of the four truths where Siddhartha sees a sickness, death and suffering and is given the path to nirvana by overcoming tanhas/desire:

Judaism tells us that GOD HIMSELF will write the law into the heart and mind of Man in the end:

no religion is just about waking up to lala land and finding that all is good:

as a matter of fact its quite the opposite: all religion speaks of a terrible time of trials and tribulations when the truth is finally revealed:

The BIBLE tells us that God himself will be in us at this time, both willing and doing his own will for his good pleasure which is to overcome all that exalts itself against the knowledge of God:

without that help of cleaving to the true WILL that is good in us, we wouldn't change no matter how many books we read or religions we find and believe in:

this is a serious thing man has to embark on to overcome all the suffering that he has gone through and continues to go through because he can't just change because he wants to:

if we could, I think we would all be much better people than we are....all of us

Not meaning to be personal or anything. But does God really need the Bible to communicate with us?

Seems to me that God can communicate directly. That the Bible may be useful to Christians, and even to some non-Christians, but so is the Tao Te Ching. God can communicate to us as God sees fit. Through a television program, through people in various walks of life, through our relationships with ourselves, other humans, and non-humans (pets).

When all else fails - read the manual.

But seriously, is God constrained to communicating only through the Bible?

God is not restricted to speaking to people soley through scripture. Scripture only serves as a witness to those who have been visited by God and lived to tell the tale. I imagine there are many scriptures that would benefit us today that where lost or destroyed. God speaks through his spirit (son) which is given to a person when 'YHVH comes in the flesh'. This part of his spirit is the SON that sees what the FATHER is doing - but it is all one God and not a trinity of God. JB

How did God manage to communicate with humanity before humans had invented writing? And what about illiterate people who can't READ? Those people then have to rely on someone else who "interprets" the Bible for them. This made me realize that the Bible is NOT vital. It's only a tool.

You attended church and did religious actions that you believed wee expected of you, but you were never an actual genuine follower of Jesus.

Pastor Jack Howell
"Some bring God's curse on them by marking off part of the Bible, calling it erroneous, uninspired, less than the very Word of God." - Dr. John R. Rice

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God to salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek." (Romans 1:16)
