There is so much bitterness on all the 'christian' forums. Considering history and the christian track record, it is no wonder.

Now I understand the words of Jesus

"This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me."

Jesus is alive but He is not found where people say He is.

There is only one way... one method, to make a point with religious people, and I am using that method.

"Ridicule is the only weapon which can be used against unintelligible propositions. Ideas must be distinct before reason can act upon them; and no man ever had a distinct idea of the trinity. It is the mere Abracadabra of the mountebanks calling themselves the priests of Jesus." -- Thomas Jefferson, letter to Francis Adrian Van der Kemp, July 30, 1816

I believe Bob was referring to...
The "bitterness" displayed by...
-- "Christians".

(I'm sure he'll correct me, if I'm wrong.)

on that picture with long hair and white?
Traditional Iconography not to your liking...?

Would you prefer a more...
<blockquote>
-- "Jewish-Looking" Jesus...?

Or...

Is "Black Jesus" more to your liking...?

You know...
There's a...
"Gay Jesus" floating around in Cyber-Space.

Oh...
I know...
-- Native American Jesus...?

Or...
Do you not believe in a "flesh-and-blood" Jesus of any kind...?
Is that it...?
Do you just prefer some sort of...
-- Amorphous Jesus...?
