If you allow for the myth of the Fall as literal, then it seems the only conclusion is that "God" is incompetent.

His very first human being, did not turn out as God intended. Heck, he wasn't even the husband that God intended him to me. The two first human beings sinned almost immediately. God didn't know this would happen? Omniscient God?

The Church of God the Wholly Incompetent is a Christian church based mainly in North America and Western Europe. Adherents believe God is omnipotent but generally unqualified for His role as deity, citing the Great Flood, the Roman Empire and their own personal failings as proof. Worldwide membership was 30.5 million in 2006.

The sect has been controversial since its foundation, and faced persecution in several countries for its allegedly heterodox views. The church (whose followers are known as "compies") believes in a "fractured Trinity", holding that Jesus is the Son of God but "got in over his head" when he let himself die on the cross. Compies deny the resurrection, arguing that Jesus is still knocking around somewhere below the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, a victim of God's omniuselessness. Where other sects revere Early Christian martyrs as witnesses of Christ's message, the Wholly Incompetent Church believes their deaths are a prime example of God's fumbling, bumbling ways.

Church membership is dominated by actors, professors, oil company executives, journalists and other people who believe they can "do it better."

I don't know where that jargon derived from, but
the person who wrote it needs to know that my
God in fact DID KNOW that Adam and Eve would
do what they did.

In this case, the end {that has not happened yet} will
certainly justify the means!

It was never about A & E, or whatever their names were, but
rather it has always been and always will be about God/Jesus!!

OF COURSE God knew that they would fall to temptation. LOL

Mondo, we all do. Even today.

It's called being human. Of course, the older and wiser we get,
the less we succumb. But we still do on certain things.

Even cheating on our respective diets. Or staring at a pretty girl
sitting on a park bench. And Jesus said that once you have stared
with thoughts in your heart, you have committed adultery right there.

Thus, in effect, the person staring has fallen!

Another "Christian" said that Adam was not the husband God intended him to be, right from the get go.

Think about your words though John. If God knew all this would happen, then God planned it. So why the over-reaction?

I'd suggest there wasn't one.

As all fell in Adam, all were redeemed in Christ.

All. All.

It is Finished.

It was an appropriate reaction, concening the following CYNICAL comment ....

The two first human beings sinned almost immediately.

God didn't know this would happen?

Omniscient God?

But allegedly "god's" reaction.

I knew they were going to mess up and now I am going to damn all people for eternity. Until a later date maybe.

Huh?

That's some twisted logic.

I suggest that is not "god" at all.

The vast majority, like billions and billions and billions are going to be "damned".

Of course, as ALL fell through Adam so ALL are redeemed through Christ.

You didn't have to accept the first, you don't have to accept the second. You couldn't reject the first, you can't reject the second. Grace, baby!

However, a couple of things here ...

FIRST OF ALL, i do not agree with the mainstream Christians
on the future happenings after Jesus Returns and sets up His
Millennial Kingdom on Earth.

i believe that EVERYONE will be alive on Earth whose names
are not written in the Book of Life. And they will be allowed
to live in peace and love under His reign. However, the devil
will once again be loosed from wherever he was held, and people
will be tempted ONE MORE TIME!

It is my belief that --EVEN WITH JESUS IN POWER HERE AMONG MEN-- there will
still be those who'll succumb to sin! And after the Millennium ends,
the Lord will once and for all judge the masses at the Great White
Throne Judgment, and noone will be able to say, "Lord, i didn't know!!!"

SECOND OF ALL, the reason BILLIONS are not "Saved" via Jesus is because
more and more, as time goes on, people keep straying, seeking other
SO-CALLED gods, and those people influence others. And so it goes.

THAT'S WHY we annoying Christans keep trying to reach the lost.
