WOODWARD, Okla. A series of powerful thunderstorms spawned at least 122 reported tornadoes overnight Saturday across Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa, causing a lot of damage across the region and killing five people in Oklahoma.

If correct, the years ahead could produce a burst of solar activity second only to the historic Solar Max of 1958.

see captionThat was a solar maximum. The Space Age was just beginning: Sputnik was launched in Oct. 1957 and Explorer 1 (the first US satellite) in Jan. 1958. In 1958 you couldn't tell that a solar storm was underway by looking at the bars on your cell phone; cell phones didn't exist. Even so, people knew something big was happening when Northern Lights were sighted three times in Mexico. A similar maximum now would be noticed by its effect on cell phones, GPS, weather satellites and many other modern technologies.

or the scientists aren't party to some weird conspiracy hatched for no obvious reason.

Do you know what a sin is Art?

1 John 3:4
4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law/commandments: for sin is the transgression of the law/commandments.

Matthew22:37
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.

Now look at a picture of yourself, and see where sin comes from.

I dont subscribe to your mythology. Even if I did though, did god do it?

Are the scientists right?, scientific claims of climate change causing wild weather?

I have evidence that itas the case, do you have evidence that sin is?

So you have evidence that sin exists?

I agree, its all in your mind.

Gives rise to tornadoes.
tornado frequency?

melting glaciers?

Its obvious things are changing, it also seems obvious to me that it changing in a very unhistoric way.

Is man causing it? conspiraciests say no, scientists almost unanimously say yes.

.... to you, but does that mean it is actually unhistoric or does that mean something else?

A paper to be published in Ethics, Policy & Environment argues that serious consideration should be given to mass drugging the population to make them more environmentally conscious while also proposing that babies should be genetically engineered to be smaller in order to reduce their carbon footprints.

In an interview with The Atlantic the lead author of the paper, New York University bioethics professor S. Matthew Liao, argues that humans need to be be subjected to biomedical modifications in order to help combat climate change.

Followed to their logical conclusion, Liaos proposals outstrip anything Aldous Huxley wrote about in Brave New World, a 1932 dystopian novel about a future scientific dictatorship that seeks to drug, genetically manipulate, and medically induce humanity into complete slavish subservience.

Oh, BTW, CO2 is causing obesity. No really: http://sciencenordic.com/new-theory-co2-makes-you-fat

They've got it the wrong way around of course: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/ ... tists.html

Luckily for us we all know it's all utter bollocks, since it's really the decline in seafaring pirates that is the real cause.....

Next : it was really global warming that caused the Titanic to go down.

which gives us records of CO2 and temperatures going back 700,000 years.

or more.

Which shows us that things have never changed like they are in the last 200 years.

Unfortunately all these records will be gone in another 20 years when the polar caps melt.

If true, that is incredible evidence.

Then there is the rest of it.

The pirate/temp graph is a religious proof anyway. Dont trust any of them.

Zombie Jesus who sort of came back from the dead...

Away in a graveyard, a stone overhead
The zombie lord Jesus is raised from the dead
The bones and the corpses are at his command
And rise like their master to swarm o'er the land!
The women are screaming, then running away
Poor Mary and Martha are gnawed where they lay
I fear thee, lord Jesus, your curséd undeath
With worms in your bowels and rot on your breath.
Have mercy, lord Jesus, don't eat me today
Next year I'll be bigger, I promise! I pray
Some shaman or rabbi or priestess or such
Will stake you and save us from your deadly touch.

Silly girl.

When one wants to show something true, one needs to show the mechanics of it, simple really. Where religion is concerned you seem to be perfectly aware of this principle, yet, when other stuff comes into play, you seem to have forgotten about the same principle. Why's that?

You also chose not to address the part of the post that matters although you responded to it - kinda like what ardent religionists do as well really: they will respond to one's post when in disgreement with it but will not address what the post actually says, which, of course, is a dead give-away if there ever was one.
