No wonder why the Blue Jackets will never have a decent team. Nothing against Murray, but is there anyone on here that wouldnt accept a #2 pick for a #4 pick(and every other pick)

Never mind the Blue Jackets not accepting that offer...who in their right mind would offer up their whole draft for any player not named Crosby. Murray is good but not nearly good enough to warrant that kind of mentality. No way that story is true. I couldn't be true. Not suprising it comes from a Columbus beat writer trying to pump up his teams pick to their fans.

i find that hard to believe. isn't there a limit on the number of draft picks a team can have in one draft? or am i thinking of the nfl?

Those 2 organizations are run by complete idiots. NYI for offering that much and Columbus for not accepting.

Which happens to be every pick in the draft. A team could have as many picks as they have acquired. As well the 210 isn't necessary the maximum as the NHL does on occassion have consolution picks in certain circumstances usually at the end of rounds.
