Almost no player is ready after 2 years of Junior, and most still not after 3.

Fine with NHL draft age being increased by a year, but also think the WHL draft should be a year older, in sync with the OHL and QMJHL.

The draft age is something that is negotiated between the NHL and NHLPA during collective bargaining talks. However there is also US anti-trust case law to deal with, which would be a pretty significant hurdle to get over.
