I could be wrong but I have Victoria with 15 double headers (30 games out of 72 in season) and Prince George with a amazing 20 double headers (40 games out of 72 in season) with only one of Prince George's 20 being a home and home to end the season. They have four double headers on the road (twice in Victoria and a couple in the States).

Scheduling like this is going to me more and more commonplace... they started it up a bit last year, and I think it's pretty much even throughout the league (the Hawks have a bunch of back-to-backs as well).

I had an email exchange with someone last year about it (Don't remember if it was Kemper or Drinnan or someone from the league) and was told that it's an effort to reduce the amount of roadtrips/miles the teams rack up.

Yes I may be new but a doubleheader is 2 games in ONE DAY. Not games on back to back nights. Just because I am new doesnt mean Im not going to correct people. Thanks for your time sir.

In hockey a doubleheader refers to games on back to back days. Thanks.
