Pat Smith 48.8%

Not the best year for officials - a lot of teams left this category blank. Won for the second year.

Also
Andy Thiessen . . . . 25.7%
Steve Papp . . . . 24%
Trevor Hanson . . . . 23.4%
Derek Zalaski . . . . 20.2%
Ryan Benbow . . . . 8.4%

BRUTAL...I wonder if the other leagues feel the same about their refs??

You have got to be kidding me. There is a reason he has been in the league for so long. That guy is easily the worst official every year. I would take any of the other 5 mentioned before I took Smith.

Zalaski and Byblow are the worst year in and year out.

Infinitely Less talent than the runner up! Funny for the first half of the season when Portland was playing so-so you pdx fans were in hiding but now you are coming out in droves. Weather must be pretty fair in portland.
