Thank goodness Rashid rested up to be ready for today's game.
Not a good start for him.
Let's hope things improve.

Slow going too for Bairstow.
Such a shame he couldn't fit in any cricket before they left.
A relatively easy win for England in the end, Buttler & Ali the matchwinners.

I wonder if passion for England has hit an all time low, hope so.

If support for England dies, then the financial lifeline of the game will be cut and Durham will just be the tip of the iceberg. Not something to be hoped for, whatever your opinion may be.

You have an irritatingly good point there Seadog. Unfortunately as someone who prefers to watch Yorkshire over England, I am still in mourning over the end of the season! I won't even contemplate watching England until after the Bangladesh series.

Buttler's keeping is as bad as it gets.

How anyone could consider him to keep in the 4 day game is beyond comprehension.

Watching him today he's lucky not to have a few broken fingers, he's so clumsy and, standing up to the spinners, he needs a net, not gloves.

Well Adil certainly rescued England from an almost certain defeat, ably assisted by Ball, but improvements are needed. After good partnership between Duckett and Stokes, England lost momentum and only big hits by Buttler got to a reasonable total.
