I'd like to add my thanks for posting this excellent series of photographs showing the current state of play. I also find the site map very useful. I was having trouble placing what is now area 11, as I didn't realise it was on the other side of the path. It's now clear where things are being found. I am surprised at how much has been done since I left at the end of Week 18! I wonder now, what the current thoughts are regarding the use of the area near the temple, now the trenches have been joined up? I am also curious as to the plans for the spring, i.e. will this be backfilled or left as a feature?
