Not so much colliding, really more of a blade strike.  Scary stuff anyway you look at it though.

The ground crew parked the other helo to the side of the marked spot - if it had been on the colored spot, the blades likely would have not hit. The pilot landing simply could not see that the parked helo was not in the correct position.
There it is... the District of Columbia! You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious.
