I've not seen this photo before, it is not on http://www.virtualani.org. It appeared today on the Facebook page titled ANi City and the souce is credited to "Misa Chkhikvadze".
The photo's caption in Facebook in Google Translate became: "N. Marr Ani expedition, 1912. From left to right: A Vruyr, P. Knyagnitsky, H. Orbeli, N. Adonts, V. Beridze, N. Marr, A. Andrianov. THANK YOU Misa Chkhikvadze." In that listing four people in the photo remain unidentified.

I think it was on the website sometime, but maybe not anymore! It was published in Vruyr's memoirs in 1964, and a large reproduction of it was on display in the History Museum of Armenia in Yerevan until its recent reorganization. The image you have posted here is probably a scan from the version in the 2015 book "Ani, The Millennium Capital of Armenia". In this book the other three to the right of Marr are given as, left to right, A. Kalantar, Y. Struve, and Y Smirnov. Kalantar is the one in the broad floppy hat, not the military-like hat. The man in the doorway is probably the unidentified one.
