Excluding 21.6% fee but still. Sold at Watches of Knightsbridge July 20th. Do I miss something?

I think that much of the run-up of Stellas is driven by ladies who are primarily interested in the pastel colored Stellas - e.g, orange, yellow, blue, turquoise. Oxblood wouldn't be included in that list, which I think explains why this one didn't sell for anywhere near the prices at which pastel Stellas are changing hands. GBP 4,500 + fees => GBP 5,500. Thus about $8,500. Knowing that the head is about $3,000 (or less), that implies that the dial was valued at almost $6,000

.. and it was not even an "O T Swiss T O" dial
