Looking for correct inner/outer box for 1965 5512

I recently acquired a 1965 5512 without box and papers.

I'm trying to make it as complete as possible.

After spending a few days on this, it looks like the correct inner box is the green pyramid (coffin) case with either no numbers on the back or maybe the one with gold numbers (67.00.3) with the slotted display felt insert. Some of these have white silk lining with green Creation Rolex Geneve, the others have Creation Rolex Geneve printed on the inner lid.

For outer box I see some variations.
* solid green box with a gold crown in the middle
* one is white with green stripe and green ROLEX
* same white with green except to the left and right of the stripes it has gold leaf chains.

Definitely I'm looking for a Submariner 200 cigarette card as well and guessing the Submariner 200 card would have came with the 660ft 5512 I have.

Do you know which inner/outer set would be correct for 1965 5512 or were they often mixed and matched at the time?

Thanks for all of the help.

I would go for tall ribbon box or green stripe box.
