Gents:

I just got my grail -a 1665 Sea-Dweller. It is one of the last produced, having a 804XXXX SN. It currently has a service crystal, but I am thinking of trying to track down a T39. My question is - given the late SN of my watch, is a T39 correct for it?

I ask b/c I was going to try to find a faded fat font for it, but I have been told that a my watch is too new for a fat font since it is from 1983. So, I'm just wondering if I have the same issue for a T39.

Thanks gents.

What I am trying to say is that yes your watch must have a superdome 39 and why not to put a faded bezel there is nothing wrong with it and enjoy the watch the way you want as long as the parts are original why not My2cents

Great to hear from you. Ray is still rocking his sweet threads! I tried to pry it out of his hands but he's not giving it up! Great pic brother!

Glad to see you are back...
When you get a chance, snap a pic of Ray wearing the SD and the shirt
