Hello there nice people of VRF,

This dial that I recently acquired has got me quite puzzled.

1) is the dial original Rolex? Has the hour markers been tempered with? (Note: T Swiss Made T but no lume on it? Has the lume been washed off? Or is this normal?)

2) is the Arabic symbol on it, an original logo, printed originally in the Rolex Factory? Does this symbol even exist?

This is my ever first post asking for expert opinions. Please be nice! Thank you! I appreciate any advice or comments on it.

...It is all wrong. Logo of the "wizarat la dafa wa tayaran" or Ministry of Defense and Aviation and the "Al Sultan" writing are of very bad quality.
It should look like this.
